You can recharge your SMS balance using one of the following methods:

To recharge your SMS balance, follow these steps :

• 1. Log in to your account at https://www.taqnyat.sa
• 2. Go to Payments
• 3. Select Add Payment
• 4. Choose the preferred payment method and complete the process

Note: If you paid via bank transfer, please send the transfer receipt to support@taqnyat.sa

A record of all recharge transactions is saved on your account. To view your recharge history, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account via https://portal.taqnyat.sa/
• Select Payments
• Choose Payment History

Balance and Validity

To check your account balance and message expiry date, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account at https://portal.taqnyat.sa/
• Once logged in, go to the main dashboard where you can view your current balance and the balance expiration date.

Please note that the balance validity lasts for one year from the date of your last recharge. Any new recharge will renew both the old and new balance validity for an additional year.
